How Much Will This Cost?

As with most lawyers, I charge for my services based on an hourly rate. My rate is $425.00 plus HST.

The total fees for your case will depend on a number of factors, including the complexity of the issues, the level of cooperation between you and your separating spouse, and the process followed to resolve the issues.

Though it is not possible to give you an exact amount, I will be able to provide you with an estimate once I know more about your case. At that time, we can discuss an appropriate retainer. A retainer is a deposit towards fees that will be billed to you. That deposit is kept in a trust account until such time as you are billed for work that I will have done on your matter.
